Travel Operations Coordinator

Keep SOAR's departures running on schedule from the office side: bookings, supplier coordination, and the unglamorous logistics that make a well-paced trip possible. You'll be the point of contact between guests, guides, and local partners in the run-up to each departure.

What you would do

• —Coordinate bookings, deposits, and documentation for upcoming departures
• —Liaise with local guides and accommodation partners on final trip details
• —Respond to guest queries ahead of departure, escalating where needed
• —Track group sizes and flag under- or over-booked departures to the design team
• —Maintain accurate records across the booking and CMS systems

What we are looking for

• —1-3 years in travel operations, hospitality, or a similarly logistics-heavy role
• —Excellent written communication in English; a second European language a plus
• —Comfortable managing multiple concurrent departures under deadline pressure
• —Working knowledge of booking or CMS software
• —Based in or willing to relocate to the Lisbon area for the hybrid schedule
